"Terrible service. Do not use this agency."
"Hi Jennifer and I am so sorry you feel this way. We had notes from the last time we spoke and we let you know you needed to get a new agent in the state you moved to. You were going to let us know once you got set up with your new agent, but we never heard back. We explained State Farm won't let us go back years to cancel your policy without any documentation you asked us to. "Court has been my family's agent for many years. He is quick to respond to my request and answers all my questions so that I completely understand what my best option is to take. State Farm is a great company as well. I'm in roofing and deal with a lot of claims and companies and all insurance companies are not the same. Court Stotts and State Farm have your best interest in mind."

"When I moved to Austin I needed an insurance agent for renters insurance and found Court and his office. I have been with his group for 8 years and never have looked back. Over the many years, multiple moves and car changes Court's office has been so responsive, helpful and courteous with every need my husband and I have had.
